Color therapy or chromotherapy is an alternative therapy that uses light and color to heal emotional problems, and thus improve one’s inner state of being. It also incorporates interior design and color visualization even hues of clothing. Color therapy has been practiced since ancient times. Different emotional problems like stress and anxiety are treated using different colors. If left untreated, emotional problems can lead to physical ailments like ulcer and insomnia.
